I personally love it, but not for the Balenciaga or the Prada she’s sporting. No, for me, I’m thrilled by the effortless COMFORT level she is embracing while still showing off the parts of her that she loves - including a bare bump.

Let’s face it - while we love our bumps, pregnancy isn’t the most comfortable time in our lives. Rihanna is definitely changing the narrative for what is considered maternity fashion during her pregnancy. Rather than glam, fitted, belly-hugging items, she’s foregoing all that for some loose, oversized comfort pieces, like those stylish loose-fit 90s jeans that are back in style!

I’m looking forward to seeing what other fashion choices she makes throughout the rest of her pregnancy. Rihanna has always had her own style for sure, and while folks like Beyonce glam up during this time, I believe Rihanna will showcase a maternity style that is easy for us everyday ladies to embrace - including comfy sweatsuits.
